Where your data lives, what talks to what, and what has to keep working. You get the architecture, the security plan, and the order we will build in, as a document you keep. Building starts alongside it.

We ship, then we show you.
Every two weeks a cycle ends with a demo of what is live, not a status report. You decide what goes into the next cycle. Priorities move when yours do.
- 03 From the day it is live
We keep it running.
We watch it, we respond when something breaks, and we keep it current as the services around it change. Every month you get a report showing what happened.

What do I get for one cycle? +
A team that designs your platform, builds it, hosts it, and keeps it running. We work in two week cycles. Every cycle ships working software and ends with a demo of what is live, so you never wonder what you paid for.
How long am I committed for? +
One cycle. No contract. Stop after any cycle with thirty days notice, or pause for up to sixty days and keep your slot. We would rather earn the next cycle than hold you to a year.
Who owns the code and the system? +
You do, from the first cycle. We host it on your cloud, ours, or a partner cloud, whichever suits your data and your auditors. Either way the code, the documentation, and the access are yours. If we stop working together, nothing moves and nothing switches off.
Who pays for the cloud? +
If we host on your cloud, you pay your provider directly and we never mark it up. If we host on ours, it is a line on your invoice at cost. Either way you see the real number.
Can you take over something we already built? +
Yes, and we can make it autonomous. The first cycle maps it properly, because we want to understand what we are agreeing to run before we agree to run it.
What if we want the build and nothing else? +
If you can run the system yourself, we will build it and hand it over. That is a fixed price build from $65,000, and it starts with a two week Readiness at $12,000 credited in full to the build. We do not quote a fixed price on a system we have not mapped.
What is npayload? +
Our own platform. It connects the apps you already run to each other, and it makes any system autonomous. Instead of waiting for someone to open a screen and click, something happening in one app makes the next one act, in seconds, and every decision leaves a permanent record. We run it in production every day, and our own products, xupsell and xbundle, are built on it.
